Be Smart, Snack Smart

We all lead very busy lives making it sometimes impossible to resist the urge to reach for something unhealthy like chips, candy, ice cream, or even stopping for a burger and fries.

Having heart healthy snacks ready for you to grab-and-go that are high in protein, low in sodium, and saturated fat (the “bad” fat), while being high in unsaturated fats (the “good” fat) has many health benefits that are essential. Consuming healthier snack options will not only improve overall health but it will also help regulate your mood, curbs cravings, fight weight gain, and will give you the added energy boost to keep going all day long.
